Results have been drawn of the annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of JSC St. PetersburgHeatingGrid, which took place on June 29,
2012.
The Company shareholders made a decision to
approve the annual report, the annual accounting statements of JSC St.
PetersburgHeatingGrid for 2011, and the profit and loss statement of the Company
by the results of 2011.
The revenue of JSC St. PetersburgHeatingGrid
according to the Russian accounting statements amounted to 5.47 billion rubles,
and the net profit, 11 million rubles.
The annual General Meeting decided to pay no
dividends on common shares of the Company by the results of the business year
2011 and to allocate the retained earnings of the reported period to the
accumulation fund, which has been established for funding investment projects
of JSC St. PetersburgHeatingGrid.
The General Meeting of Shareholders also
elected a new Board of Directors of JSC St. PetersburgHeatingGrid with the
