The new Board of
Directors of JSC St.
PetersburgHeatingGrid, which had been elected on January 18, 2012, has made a
decision to appoint Andrey Filippov, Director General, JSC TGC-1, to the position
of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors
extended the term of office of Evgeniy Hachaturov,
Director General, until January 31, 2014, by unanimous decision.
