The company shareholders
decided to terminate the authorities of the current Board of Directors early

Parviz Abdushukurov took the place of Riho Sild, Director of the Automated System for Commercial Accounting of Heat Energy (ASKUTE) project, JSC UTSK, who resigned from the Board due to retirement. Evgeniy Zemlyanoy, Sergey Redkin, Andrey Filippov, and Evgeniy Hachaturov have been reelected to the Board. The new members of the Board of Directors of JSC St. PetersburgHeatingGrid are Vladislav Petrov who was appointed Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Engineering of the St. Petersburg government after Oleg Trishkin, and Artur Trinoga, Director General of Sue "St. Petersburg Fuel and Energy complex".
